All jobs carry a four hour minimum charge and a move in fee. There is no move out fee. | ||
|

All invoices are due within 30 days of the invoice date, unless billed C.O.D. | ||

Any customer with invoices aged 60 days past due, will be subject to an amended rate structure in which, all hourly rates are increased by $5.00 per hour. As long as an account is over 60 days past due, the additional charge will be added to all subsequent invoices. | ||
|

|
All accounts 90 days past due will automatically become C.O.D. All subsequent jobs will require payment at the completion of the job unless prior arrangements have been made. All invoices that are 60-90 days past due will be subject to the above mentioned rate structure with an additional 1.5% per month interest fee billed on the past due balance. | ||
